Returns & Exchanges

At Shop Lune, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send the items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
